By making a booking or using any facility at Paarl Arena, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before booking.
1. About Us
Paarl Arena operates a sports and entertainment facility in Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa, including an indoor golf simulator. These terms govern your use of our facilities and booking system.
2. Bookings
All bookings must be made in advance via our online booking system at paarlarena.co.za or by contacting us directly.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received (online payment) or a confirmation has been issued by us in writing (WhatsApp or email).
"Book Now, Pay Later" bookings are provisional and are not guaranteed until payment is received on arrival.
You must arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your bay may be released and no refund will be issued.
Bookings are for the number of players specified. You may not exceed the maximum of 8 players per bay without prior authorisation.
3. Pricing
Pricing is R130 per player per hour (from 1 July 2026), charged for a maximum of 4 players regardless of group size.
Groups of 5–8 players pay the same rate as 4 players.
Club rental is available for R50 per player renting.
Gloves are compulsory. A new glove costs R150; pre-used gloves may be borrowed at no charge.
Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at time of booking is the price you pay.
4. Rules of the Facility
By entering Paarl Arena you agree to:
Follow all instructions from Paarl Arena staff at all times
Wear a golf glove at all times when using the simulator (compulsory)
Handle all equipment with care — you will be held liable for intentional or negligent damage to equipment
Not bring outside food or beverages into the facility unless permitted by staff
Not smoke or vape inside the facility
Behave respectfully toward staff and other guests — disruptive, aggressive, or intoxicated behaviour will result in immediate removal with no refund
Supervise children at all times — Paarl Arena is not responsible for unattended minors
Not tamper with or modify the simulator equipment, software, or settings
5. Health and Safety
Participants use the simulator at their own risk. Paarl Arena is not liable for injuries arising from normal use of the facility.
Please inform staff of any physical limitations or injuries before your session.
The simulator involves physical activity. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, consult your doctor before participating.
Paarl Arena reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit to use the facility safely.
By participating, you acknowledge that indoor golf simulation is a physical activity and you accept the inherent risks involved.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:
Paarl Arena is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Paarl Arena is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from a session cancellation, equipment failure, or load shedding.
Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid for your session.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Credit packs are purchased in advance and loaded against a registered email address.
Credit packs are non-transferable and non-refundable after 30 days of purchase.
Unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Credit packs cannot be used for special events, corporate packages, or lesson bookings unless specifically agreed in writing.
Paarl Arena reserves the right to adjust pack pricing with 30 days' notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and booking software — is the property of Paarl Arena or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our written consent.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our facilities or booking system constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
